Returns & Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 7 business days to send the product back to us for a refund. Please note that a service fee of 500 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Yes, you must contact our store before returning any goods. Goods returned without prior authorization will be refused.
Merchandise that is pre-approved for return must be in original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. The sender is responsible for covering both shipping charges and any applicable brokerage or duty fees.
Orders paid for by credit card will be refunded as a credit onto the original credit card used for payment.
